B.A.S.E. plans fundraiser at the 2006 Festival of Caring

B.A.S.E. is returning in September 2006 to the Festival of Caring, sponsored by the East Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church.  Proceeds of the sale of items at our booth go directly to B.A.S.E.

In 2004, B.A.S.E. raised almost $600 through the sale of flowers from the Schimpf Flower Farm and crafts from members of Bucyrus area United Methodist churches.  We plan to focus this year's sales primarily on the flowers, our biggest seller in 2004.

The Festival of Caring is Saturday, September 16 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Richland County Fairgrounds in Mansfield, Ohio.  It is a bi-annual, day-long event showcasing and supporting the missions of the East Ohio Conference and its churches.
